Plot 1 – Sold

This is the smallest of the houses, on two floors only, but with the courtyard parking area similar to the others, and a good sized garden which will get the sun for almost all parts of the day. The upper floor is also the entrance level, and while given over mainly to the over 36 ft (11m) long open plan living/dining/kitchen area there is also a separate room which is useful as a study, “cosy” sitting room, or playroom/nursery for the younger family.
